If you want to protect corn short term consider purchasing either a $6.50 or $6.60 March put.  They are currently at 17 cents and 22 cents respectively.  If you have old crop corn and are willing to sell at $7.00, you can consider selling a $7.00 call (either July or Dec 2023).  They are at 21 cents and 19 cents respectively.
